About the Role:

We are looking for a

part-time freelance consultant

with hands-on experience in

ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

and

TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management)

modules. The role involves working with our internal team and clients to implement, enhance, and support GRC and TPRM use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize

GRC and TPRM modules

on the ServiceNow platform. Assist in vendor onboarding workflows, risk assessments, and issue tracking processes. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Support integrations with third-party platforms or data sources, as needed. Conduct basic user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-4 years

of experience with ServiceNow GRC, with at least

1 year

in TPRM. Solid understanding of

vendor risk lifecycle

, risk frameworks, and compliance management. Experience in creating workflows, forms, and reports within the GRC suite. Strong knowledge of scripting (JavaScript) in the ServiceNow environment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup. Availability for

8-12 hours/week

(flexible timing).

Good to Have:

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, GRC Implementation Specialist). Familiarity with other GRC tools or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). Experience in freelance or remote consulting projects.
