ServiceNow GRC Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of

ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

solutions across multiple business units. Serve as the

primary technical and functional point of contact

for all ServiceNow GRC initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to

gather requirements, define roadmaps, and align GRC capabilities to compliance objectives

. Oversee configuration and customization of

Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules

. Guide and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure

high-quality solution delivery and adherence to best practices

. Develop and maintain

process documentation, solution design documents, and training materials

for end-users and support teams. Drive continuous improvement by

identifying gaps, recommending enhancements, and optimizing existing ServiceNow GRC workflows

. Ensure integration of GRC with other ServiceNow modules such as

ITSM, SecOps, and Vendor Risk Management

Monitor performance, compliance, and reporting

, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, ISO, GDPR). Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on

risk mitigation strategies, control frameworks, and ServiceNow platform governance

.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?140,000.00 per month
