We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Functional Consultant to lead and support the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions for international clients. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, translate requirements into functional specifications, and ensure successful solution delivery across multiple ServiceNow modules.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with clients and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and business requirements.
Lead functional design workshops and ensure alignment of proposed solutions with business objectives and ITIL best practices.
Develop process flows, use cases, and functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Configure out-of-the-box ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or ITBM, minimizing custom development when possible.
Work closely with technical developers to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, validating functionality, and assisting users during testing cycles.
Provide post-implementation support and assist in defining change management and continuous improvement processes.
Advise clients on ServiceNow best practices, process optimization, and platform adoption strategies.
Contribute to functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
Mentor junior consultants and support cross-functional delivery teams.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
8+ years of overall professional experience, including 4+ years of hands-on functional experience in ServiceNow.
Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations or enhancements for global or enterprise-scale clients.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.).
Familiarity with core ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Experience preparing functional documentation, conducting workshops, and facilitating UAT.
* Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
