Job Description

Must-Have:
5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 3 years directly leading implementation teams or complex projects
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Strong background in Enterprise Architecture and cloud-based application design.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API).Expertise in defining and governing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Deep understanding and practical experience with CMDB, CSDM, and platform security.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide a development team (onshore and offshore).



Good-to-Have:
Experience in a client-facing consulting role or professional services environment.
Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SAM).
Expertise in a specific module (e.g., ITOM, Security Operations). Hands-on experience with Service Portal/UI Builder and Angular JS
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving and troubleshooting.
