Qualifications:

• Extensive expertise in ServiceNow platform and its modules.
• Strong technical proficiency in scripting, form designs, flow designers, and ACLs.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with integrations.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.
• CSA certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with legal domain knowledge and compliance awareness is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills for training and documentation.
