About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
ServiceNow Administrator/Developer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing ServiceNow instances while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to design and implement scalable and automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the health and performance of ServiceNow instances, including patching and upgrades
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow architecture, workflows, modules, and best practices
Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Lead ServiceNow-related initiatives and ensure timely project delivery with proper documentation
Configure and maintain CMDB, asset management, and auto-discovery tools
Develop and enhance Service Catalogs, workflows, chatbot, and mobile interfaces
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., Azure, Intune)
Customize and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Request, and Problem
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Provide end-user support and produce insightful reports and dashboards
Work with monitoring tools like PRTG, and leverage Active Directory and PowerShell for automation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of overall IT experience with extensive ServiceNow development and administration expertise
Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting
ServiceNow certification(s) strongly preferred
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and foundational networking knowledge
Strong communication and documentation skills
