We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This hands-on role will contribute to the development of workflows, integrations, and custom apps to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain solutions within ServiceNow including business rules, UI policies, flows, and integrations
Build custom applications and extend existing modules using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Work in agile teams to deliver sprint-based enhancements and new capabilities
Ensure compliance with platform governance and code quality standards
Collaborate with the Architect and Development Manager on design and delivery
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and familiarity with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
Experience in ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, or other core modules
Understanding of agile methodologies and software development best practices
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certs preferred
