This hands-on role will contribute to the development of workflows, integrations, and custom apps to meet business needs.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain solutions within ServiceNow including business rules, UI policies, flows, and integrationsBuild custom applications and extend existing modules using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIsTroubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysisWork in agile teams to deliver sprint-based enhancements and new capabilitiesEnsure compliance with platform governance and code quality standardsCollaborate with the Architect and Development Manager on design and deliveryQualifications:3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong scripting skills in JavaScript and familiarity with Flow Designer and IntegrationHubExperience in ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, or other core modulesUnderstanding of agile methodologies and software development best practicesServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certs preferredRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
