Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, workflows, and integrations.
Perform system administration tasks including user management, access control, data imports, and upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide user support.
Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development or administration.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
Familiarity with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Performance Analytics.
