Key Skills: Service Portal, Glide APIs, Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer, JavaScript, ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) required.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement engaging and intuitive Service Portal solutions based on business requirements. Customize and extend out-of-the-box Service Portal widgets and create new custom widgets using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Utilize Glide APIs for client-side and server-side scripting to enhance ServiceNow functionality. Develop and maintain Scripted REST APIs to integrate ServiceNow with external systems. Leverage Flow Designer to automate business processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript code. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Portal and custom ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ServiceNow development standards and processes.
