Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

ServiceNow Developer

with strong experience in

Cloud Discovery (mandatory), ITOM, CMDB

, and

ISTM

to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing discovery solutions to enhance our IT operations visibility and automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure

ServiceNow Cloud Discovery

to map infrastructure and services across cloud and hybrid environments. Develop and maintain a robust

CMDB

that accurately reflects the organization's IT assets and services. Work on

ServiceNow ITOM modules

including Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to improve visibility into enterprise systems through discovery and integrations. Utilize

ISTM (IT Service Topology Management)

to visualize service dependencies and health. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors. Automate operational processes and integrate third-party tools where required. Create technical documentation and ensure configuration compliance with best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory:

Strong hands-on experience with

ServiceNow Cloud Discovery

(AWS, Azure, GCP). In-depth knowledge of

CMDB architecture

, CI relationships, and reconciliation. Solid experience with

ServiceNow ITOM Suite

- Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management. Good understanding and hands-on experience with

ISTM (IT Service Topology Management)

. Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server configuration. Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
