ServiceNow Technical Consultant
with
3+ years of hands-on
development
experience
. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across key modules while delivering scalable, high-quality, and automation-driven outcomes aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions across
ITSM, CSM, FSM, and/or GRC
modules
Build custom applications, tables, workflows, flows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and business rules
Configure and manage core modules including
Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and CMDB
Develop and maintain
Flow Designer
,
Integration Hub
, and workflow automations
Create reusable
Script Includes
, APIs, and integrations using
REST/SOAP
Implement advanced data load, transform scripts, and conditional logic
Ensure CMDB data modelling, relationships, and data integrity
Support performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting
Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes
Identify and implement platform improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
Bachelor's degree or MCA in
Computer Science, IT, or related field
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise in at least one module:
ITSM, CSM, FSM, or GRC
Proficiency in
JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules
Good to have experience with
Agent Workspace, CSM Workspace
, and
ServiceNow Mobile / FSM Mobile
Hands-on experience with
Transform Map
,
Flow Designer, Integration Hub
, and integrations
Strong understanding of
CMDB architecture and data modelling
Experience in
MSP or multi-tenant environments
ServiceNow certifications such as
CSA
or
CIS (ITSM/CSM/FSM/GRC)
preferred.
