Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

ServiceNow Asset Management Specialist

with strong experience outside of ITSM. The role focuses on asset reconciliation, budgeting and financial mapping, and development of third-party integrations. This position will work closely with finance, procurement, and technology teams to ensure accurate asset data, financial alignment, and system integration across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage

ServiceNow Asset Management modules

(non-ITSM). Perform asset

reconciliation

to ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and sources. Support

budgeting, cost allocation, and financial mapping

related to asset data. Develop, enhance, and maintain

third-party integrations

with ServiceNow, including custom development work. Collaborate with

finance, procurement, and technology teams

to align asset data, reporting, and controls. Ensure

data integrity, governance, and compliance

across asset management processes. Troubleshoot integration, reconciliation, and data-related issues, and continuously optimize system performance. Document configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with

ServiceNow Asset Management

(excluding ITSM). Proven experience with

asset reconciliation, budgeting, and financial mapping

. Experience integrating

third-party systems

with ServiceNow. Development experience using

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)

,

APIs

,

REST/SOAP

, or similar integration technologies. Solid understanding of

asset lifecycle management

and

financial controls

. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating

ERP, finance, or procurement systems

with ServiceNow.

ServiceNow certifications

, particularly in Asset Management or Platform Development. Experience working in

large, complex enterprise environments

.
