Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management Perform unit testing, debugging, and support deployments Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions Ensure platform best practices, performance, and security compliance Provide support during upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer Strong experience with

JavaScript

, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model Experience with integrations and third-party systems

ServiceNow Certification is mandatory

(CSA / CAD or higher) Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and performance optimization Exposure to HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modules Agile/Scrum working experience
