About this Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business needs. The individual will be responsible for designing and customising ServiceNow applications, portals, and integrations, while ensuring platform stability and continuous improvement.
What you will do
--------------------
Develop and customise ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Design and enhance ServiceNow Service Portals to ensure comprehensive feature coverage.
Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins.
Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure seamless delivery.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols.
Create and maintain technical documentation for compliance and future reference.
Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and automation technologies.
Who you are
---------------
Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
Advanced expertise in ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal development.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Proficient in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript.
Familiarity with SCDL and workflow environments.
Critical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in leading teams is an advantage.
ServiceNow CSA certification and Micro certification in Service Portal preferred.
