About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and architects to enhance the platform, build custom applications, and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. Develop custom scripts, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflows. Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and Request Fulfillment. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and integration tools. Work with the team to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform unit testing, debugging, and deploy updates following best practices. Maintain documentation for development and configuration changes. Collaborate with ServiceNow Admins and Architects for platform upgrades and new feature rollouts. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM is a must; CSM , HRSD , ITOM , ). Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Servers. Good understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required. Additional certifications like CAD, CIS-ITSM, or other domain certifications are an advantage.
