Key Skills

As a part of the Aress ServiceNow Development team, the primary role of this position would be to ensure

effective Design, Integration, Validation, and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with

the high levels of service in the ServiceNow domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Effective Team communication. Discussion with the team on user interface ideas and

applications for integrating the ServiceNow applications.

2. Assessing and prioritizing client feature requests. Reviewing application requirements and

interface designs.

3. Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.

4. Documenting application changes and developing updates.

Primary Skills:

1. Good knowledge of Web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript. Experience in

one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.

2. API integrations with other systems.

3. Configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog.

4. Very good understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

5. Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and support the integrations from

initiation to completion, tailored to the customer's requirements.

6. Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate

and improve business processes.

Certifications

1. Certified System Admin (CSA), or Certified Application Developer

2. Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Preferred

Work Experience:

1. 2+ years of experience with implementation and app development on the ServiceNow platform.

2. Candidates having experience with ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, HR Service Delivery,

HR Onboarding, Transitions, and ITSM is an added advantage.

3. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer science or Computer Engineering.
