We are an IT Staffing & Consulting company specializing in ServiceNow implementations and talent deployment. We are currently hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers for multiple client projects.

Job Location:

Chennai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad.

Key skill:

Min 2+ years exp in HRSD (or) GRC with implementation exposure

Experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules: HR Case Management HR Services & HR Catalog Employee Center / HR Portal Experience with: HR lifecycle events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfers) HR case workflows, approvals, and notifications Knowledge of HR roles, COE structure, and data security Experience in HR Knowledge Management & HR reports

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules: Policy & Compliance Management Risk Management Audit Management Issue Management Experience in: Risk statements, risk scoring, and assessment templates Policy lifecycle (draft ? review ? publish ? retire) Compliance mapping to frameworks (ISO, SOX, HIPAA, etc.) Experience in GRC workflows, remediation tasks, and notifications Ability to build GRC dashboards and compliance reports Exposure to Vulnerability Response / Third-Party Risk is a plus
