JD for ServiceNowITSM and CSM Consultants: Open Position: 3 for ITSM + CSM/ HRSD/ ITAM Location: Pune/ Hyderabad/ Kolkata (Hybrid) Description: . 4-7 yearsofServiceNow experience . MUST be CIS Certified . ServiceNow System Administration Certified is mandatory . MUST possess good communication Skills Duties/Responsibilities: . MUST have hands-on experience (technical) . MUST have worked on minimum 2 Implementations. . Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow. . Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets. . Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows. . Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices. . Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems. . Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc. . Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript, BootStrap / Angular . Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production. . Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. . Participate in the development and delivery of training for end-users. . Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow. . Participate in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent 4 or 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow Knowledge on Service management processes and ITIL Preferred - Advanced Knowledge of: JavaScript (JS) SN JS APIs JSON & XML HTML & CSS AngularJS, REACT / BootStrap
