CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow Developer job for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions (CMDB, Discovery) for financial sector clients.
• Gather client requirements and deliver ITOM solutions that enhance operations and customer experience.
• Participate in pre-sales: solution proposals, estimates, and demonstrations.
• Configure dashboards and reports, integrate with third-party systems, and provide post-implementation support.
• Train clients and teams on ITOM best practices and maintain compliance with financial regulations.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITOM (Discovery, Event Management).
• Hands-on experience with ITOM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix).
• Containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker), cloud monitoring (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, CMDB, service mapping, event correlation, and infrastructure (Windows/Linux, networks, cloud).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience:

• 5+ years designing and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales and client engagement activities.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $47.00 to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and certifications. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is offered. About Us:
