We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform along with strong client-facing and consulting skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Work on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC as per project needs.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and integrations.
Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Provide technical support and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Participate in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members across business and IT units.
Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, standards, and governance.Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Consultant.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Proven experience in implementing core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration.
Good understanding of CMDB and its data model.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).
Additional certifications like ITSM Implementation Specialist, Application Developer, or related modules are a plus.
