Job Description
HIRING FOR SERVICENOW DEVELOPER- BANGALORE
- Design and develop custom applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request).
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes, and ACLs.
- Implement and support catalog items, service portals, and reporting.
- Maintain and enhance the CMDB and asset management processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for ServiceNow users.
- Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, HR) for platform enhancements
