ServiceNow Developer (5-8 Years Experience) - Hybrid, Pune/Bangalore
to join our team in a hybrid work environment based in either Pune or Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in ServiceNow platform development, customization, and integration, along with a collaborative mindset to work in agile-driven teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate integrations with third-party tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements
Ensure platform stability, performance, and security through continuous improvement
Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer across teams
Required Skills & Experience
5-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
Proficiency in modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog
Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and developing custom applications within ServiceNow
Familiarity with integrations using REST, SOAP APIs
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying platform enhancements
Good communication and collaboration skills for client-facing engagements
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications
Experience working in agile teams and environments
Exposure to performance tuning and security compliance within ServiceNow
