Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow
- Excellent knowledge and experience in ITSM, Service portal, integration, API, reporting
- Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Portal, Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
