Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic

ServiceNow professional

on a

contract basis

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in

ServiceNow administration, development, and implementation

, along with relevant

ServiceNow certifications

. The candidate should demonstrate a strong interest in the ServiceNow ecosystem and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Skills & Expertise Required:

Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, Administration, Development, and AI features of ServiceNow.

Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with Flow Designer, ATF, Service Portal, and integrations.

Familiarity with ServiceNow certification objectives (CSA, CAD, PDI).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, learner-friendly manner.

Qualifications:

ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications (mandatory). PDI (Platform Developer Implementation) and/or AI-related certifications (preferred). Strong fundamentals in ServiceNow across both Administration and Development roles. ServiceNow Admin/Developer certification is an added advantage. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or instructional delivery is a plus.
