The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management, integration tasks, and ensuring seamless connectivity between ServiceNow and other systems. The role involves working closely with the development team, supporting existing integrations, and creating new ones based on established designs.Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ Years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Experience with Notifications, email scripts, events, inbound & outbound email action, scheduled jobs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy, Data policy.
• Strong understanding of client and server-side scripts, including writing & debugging.
• Knowledge of Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change management in ITSM.
• Experience with UI Action, Glide Record, Glide Ajax, Script include.
• Integration expertise using Mid Servers (e.g., REST API, SOAP, LDAP, SSO).
• Experience with Catalog items, Record Producer, Order guide.
• Working on ITSM / ITOM enhancements (CMDB / Discovery) / modules.
• Designing and implementing new functionality using Business Rule, Client script, UI policy, Dictionary Override, Script Include.
• Remediating security vulnerabilities on ServiceNow instances.
• Application deployments, Upgrades, and cloning on servers.
• Development of Workflows based on Business process requirements.
• Creating necessary information for Reporting and Dashboards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and resolve incidents in the queue according to urgency and impact.
• Implement and maintain integrations with Fresh Service System and other platforms using PUSH-PUSH methodology.
• Collaborate with the Devo team to support existing integrations and implement new ones in Azure.
• Consolidate changes and create release plans, distributing tasks evenly among team members based on their capacity.
• Work on assigned changes as part of the release process.
• Conduct Workgroup meetings and take approvals for major changes during CAB meetings.
• Assign changes to team members and conduct initial kickoff integration meetings for new integrations.
• Participate in Instance Cloning Activities and test ServiceNow modules after instances upgrade.
• Update SLAs according to holiday calendars provided by SDMs and explore new ServiceNow changes post-upgrade, presenting them to SDMs.
• Provide audit-related reports for Onboard/Offboard/Subcon forms.
• Maintain documentation after completing each integration, create/update weekly meeting templates, and develop technical/functional presentations for clients.
