We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Domain Consultant with ServiceNow developer and administrator experience to join our team. ServiceNow Consultant will work closely with our clients to assess their ITSM, ITOM etc., needs, design and implement ITSM/ Other product solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful adoption of ITSM best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Administration:
Technical Domain Consultant who has an experience as a ServiceNow developer and administrator in manufacturing/education domain
Serve as a technical subject matter expert to the ServiceNow platform team responsible for analysis, design, development and implementation of modules and application on ServiceNow platform.
Help transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans. document requirements, develop technical specifications, maintain architecture / integration documentation.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Service Now platform as well as experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Automation engine components like integration hub and RPA engines
Integration hub training completion is also preferred
Work closely with other IT teams to help implement integrations from other platforms(like Monitoring tools: Nagios, Prometheus, Sematext, Dynatrace etc., ) into the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Experience in developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
Ability to integrate ServiceNow with other programs and systems
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, etc.
Familiarity with web services, APIs, and databases
Understanding of business processes and requirements
Communication, documentation, and support skills
Knowledge of RPA tools and frameworks, especially with ServiceNow.
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, such as Python, VBScript, PowerShell, etc.
Experience in managing Operating System upgrade through lifecycle from plan to operate.
Understanding of data integration and process modelling techniques
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
CMDB you will be primarily creating new service maps/patterns and building/validating that related event management capabilities are working to support an automated service health dashboard
Enhance ServiceNow (SN) event rules as necessary to ensure proper CMDB binding
Participate in user acceptance testing of the resulting maps, impact rules, and event management work
Promote your update sets and data across applicable SN environments
Remediate any production incidents that arise related to this scope
Experience with Discovery and service discovery capabilities within ServiceNow (or BMC or CA or HP)
Ability to communicate and implement ITOM/CMDB
Ability to research and independently perform configuration, operation, or network connectivity of applications, operating systems, and network devices
Exposure to protocols such as HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST
IT Operations experience in storage, network, and computing of enterprise environments
Understand Credential less and Credential based Discovery
Install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow ITOM visibility with a focus on the discovery, service mapping, certification management, Service
Graph Connectors, and Multisource CMDB
Ability to prevent duplicate CI's with CI identifiers
Extend Horizontal Discovery with custom Infrastructure Patterns and Application Patterns
Knowledge and ability to configure, manage and maintain MID servers
Proficient in working with command line console for Service Mapping
Ability to work with and migrate patterns between Environments for Service Mapping
Proficient in configuring Identification Rules for Service Mapping
Ability and knowledge in the Discovery of multi-tier services including advanced pattern configuration for Service Mapping
Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Recommend and implement improvements based on industry trends and client feedback.
Monitor the performance of solutions and address any issues or bottlenecks.
Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure solutions meet client objectives.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, configurations, and changes.
Generate reports and metrics to track performance and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
6+ years relevant experience, with proven results
Blend of business and technical understanding, prior experience with process improvements
Servicenow certifications are highly desirable.
Proven experience in Servicenow consulting, with a track record of successful project implementations.
In-depth knowledge of Servicenow product frameworks and best practices.
Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
Knowledge and experience within at least one of the following technological areas: Cloud transformation, Digital workplace transformation, Infrastructure transformation, Cybersecurity transformation, Data analytics & AI, Digital Transformation;
IT Service Management, IT Strategy and Operating Model or SIAM skills/experience;
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
