Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow Consultant opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:

• Lead the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on the financial sector.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop ITOM solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including requirements gathering, solution design, estimating, and presenting ServiceNow capabilities.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM reports, dashboards, and CMDB solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams including project management, development, and testing to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow ITOM and third-party databases.
• Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and system optimizations.
• Train and guide clients and internal teams on ITOM best practices.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends to improve solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations during implementations.

Skills:

• ServiceNow ITOM expertise, including Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Cloud monitoring knowledge (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Hands-on pre-sales and client engagement experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks.
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, networks, AWS/Azure cloud platforms).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years implementing and designing ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Proven delivery of ServiceNow ITOM projects.
• Experience with ITOM tools such as BMC, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar.

Education:

• Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITOM Certification required.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $45.00 to $52.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
