Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant

Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST

Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in ITSM and Performance Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that enhance service delivery, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and related processes.
  • Develop and optimize Performance Analytics, dashboards, indicators, scorecards, and reports to support business insights and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate functional needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable ServiceNow configurations.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications using scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.).
  • Build and maintain automated workflows, service catalog items, integrations, and third-party connectors.
  • Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, performance improvements, and platform administration.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure high system availability and reliability.
  • Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and security requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continual improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Expert-level knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB, Service Catalog).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Performance Analytics, indicators, widgets, dashboard creation, and KPI development.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), API integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL processes and understanding of service delivery frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, CAD, CSA, CIS in relevant modules) are a plus.
