Date Posted: 2025-02-03Country: IndiaLocation: No.14/1 & 15/1, Maruthi Industrial Estate, Phase 2, Hoody Village, Whitefield Road, KR Puram Hobli,Bengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaPosition Role Type: UnspecifiedOverview:The Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX), Enterprise People Services (EPS) organization partners with the Human Resources Organizations across RTX to identify and deliver services that help optimize the employee experience from recruitment to retirement.Job Title:ServiceNow ConsultantJob responsibilities:Developing solution based on business requirements in the RTX ServiceNow platform modules, workflow, and integration possibilities.Review and understand client specific processes and overall performance, identify, and create solutions to improve results, processes and data, while meeting stakeholder goals and expectations.Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets and transform maps, ACLs, and notifications.Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applications.Develop necessary development documentation as needed e.g., project plan, technical design, developer notes, user manual etc.Performs migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod.Coordinates installation of ServiceNow upgrades and/or service packs. Develops and manages the preparation of systems, test criteria and control for upgrades, service packs, new functionality, enhancements, or error correction.Work in a team environment to develop new ServiceNow HR projects, enhancements and trouble shoot to fix production issues, hyper care defects or issues in broad range of ServiceNow application usage.Perform any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the ServiceNow development team.Requirements:4+ years experience as an intermediate ServiceNow Developer (experience w/ consolidations) in a large enterprise environment in HRSD module.End-to-end development experience within ServiceNow HRSD module.Experience with building ServiceNow HR Case Management ( HR Criteria's, HR Services, Record Producers), HR Portal, Virtual Agent, Live Agent , HR Knowledge base.4+ years JavaScript, Angular JS, JQuery, protype and Jelly scripting experience in ServiceNowExperience with web technologies including API's / CSS / XML / HTML / WebservicesUnderstanding of how ITIL practices work together to provide effective service product lifecycle and create business value and positive customer outcomesExperience with the SDLC including Requirements Analysis, Design, Installation, Development, Testing (application code and user acceptance), and DeploymentNice to haves:Certified ServiceNow AdministratorServiceNow Developer CertificationHands-on experience with Flow Designer & Service Catalog DevelopmentITIL CertificationRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
