ServiceNow Principal/Senior Consultant | 3+ years | Mohali (Punjab)

Our client is looking for someone who has 3+ years of expertise in ServiceNow implementation, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM Business Process Consulting, architecture/design, and end-to-end platform roll out.

Location - Mohali (WFO)

Responsibilities- * Participating in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery and acting as a key member in project implementations.

• Configuring, customizing and improving ServiceNow configurations ((workflow, UI, client scripts, business, rules, debugging, and so on) and actively engaging with customers in life of Project Delivery Cycle.
• Solve technical challenges across multiple complex projects at a time.
• Developing integration components in ServiceNow using Third Party Enterprise App like (JIRA, O365, AD, and others) and creating capabilities to drive Self-service and automation. (Service Portal, Orchestration)
• Preparing Root Cause Analysis, Reviewing Code and Implementation Approach

Requirements- * 3+ years of expertise in business process consulting, ITSM, ITOM and ITBM

• Experience managing expectations and priorities, as well as knowledge of service-based architecture, enterprise application design, and web-based systems architecture
• Have completed numerous integrations between ServiceNow and Enterprise Applications using APIs, plugins, and orchestration
• Knowledge of the execution of Pre-Post Upgrade Activities, bug-fixing, and instance cloning
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Orchestration, Event Management, and ServiceNow Service Portal
• Web Technologies (REST, SOAP, HTML, XML), SQL, Glide APIs (Server and Client Side), Advanced Reporting and Dashboard
• Knowledge of infrastructure components and integration interfaces (such as servers, workstations, network devices, monitoring tools, AD, Azure Graph API, etc.)
