What we are looking for

Role: ServiceNow CMDB Developer

Experience Range: 8 - 10 Years

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune

Must Have:

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM applications.

Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide API, MID Server configuration, and Integration Hub.

Experience in integrating with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Nagios).

Experience in CMDB architecture, CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules.

Experience in Discovery & CMDB population (using probes, sensors, and patterns).

Good to Have:

Good understanding in CMDB Implementation, Integration, Service Migration & Operations.

Proficient in ITOM & ITAM, Performance Analytics Module Expertise is mandatory.
