About the Role
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document functional and non-functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
Conduct gap analysis between current processes and best practices to optimize the use of ServiceNow.
Translate business needs into clear and detailed user stories, process flows, and specifications.
Solution Design & Implementation Support :
Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and administrators to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
Assist in defining workflows, configurations, and automation to enhance ITSM, SPM, and CMDB processes.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :
Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos to drive user adoption and understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.
Document and communicate platform enhancements, changes, and new features effectively.
Data Management & Reporting :
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within ServiceNow modules, particularly in CMDB and reporting dashboards.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
Analyze trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices :
Stay up to date with ServiceNow advancements and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Support change management initiatives related to ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of ITSM, SPM, and CMDB concepts and best practices.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, workflows, and user stories.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
