Hiring for ServiceNow _ Bangalore
Design and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations
Customize ServiceNow applications using UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, etc.
Manage ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, etc.
Develop and maintain Service Portal components (widgets, themes)
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Servers
Manage system configurations, upgrades, and patches
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and process flows
Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements
Implement security best practices and user role management
Provide support and troubleshoot issues in the ServiceNow environment
