Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow CSM Business Anaylst with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow CSM and Portfolio & Project Management. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to drive business solutions. The position operates during the day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for ServiceNow CSM and PPM solutions. Oversee the development and implementation of business processes to enhance operational efficiency. Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow CSM functionalities to optimize customer service management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and drive consensus on project goals. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and project management. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to support business analysis and project management activities. Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of business analysis processes. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to encourage creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow CSM and Portfolio & Project Management. Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work model. Experience in facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional teams. * Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
