Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with 9-15 years of IT experience to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the overall ServiceNow architecture.

- Lead implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps.

- Establish architecture standards and governance.

- Design scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.

- Drive CMDB strategy, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

- Oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub.

- Review designs and custom code.

- Mentor developers ]and administrators.

- Support upgrades, releases, and roadmap planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 9-15 years of total IT experience with 5-7+ years in ServiceNow.

- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.

- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes.

- Strong understanding of security, data model, and performance.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

- ServiceNow CSA

- CIS (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM)

- CTA (Highly Desirable)

Good to Have:

- Agile/Scrum experience

- GRC or SecOps exposure

- Cloud integrations (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ?3,000,000.00 - ?3,800,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
