We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 12+ Years

Role Type: C2H

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain ServiceNow architectural standards, best practices, and governance.

Lead scalable & secure implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and more.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Drive integrations with external systems (APIs, web services, orchestration).

Provide hands-on guidance, mentorship, and perform architectural reviews.

Oversee platform upgrades, performance, and roadmap planning.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Analytics for KPI and metrics monitoring.
