Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Architect
to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the overall architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Define and design ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and workflows.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution implementation across multiple modules.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and administrators.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Drive automation and digital transformation using ServiceNow capabilities.
Perform code reviews, solution validation, and performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with security, risk, and governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
5-15 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, etc.).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts).
Experience with CMDB design, discovery, and service mapping.
Hands-on experience in designing complex workflows, automation, and orchestration.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and/or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
Good to Have
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) integration with ServiceNow.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Pay: ₹830,389.33 - ₹2,356,727.85 per year
