1. Requirements gathering

2. Solution Design

3. Impact assessment on new solutions

4. ITSM solution implementation experience

5. Configuring scripts

6. Configuring the catalog forms and workflows

7. System integration testing and unit testing

8. UAT support

9. Code review and migration from one environment to other environment

10. Production rollout and verification

11. Platform upgrades and patching

12. Troubleshooting integration issues between partner systems

13. Implementing automations

14. ITOM Discovery and Service Graph Connector setup and configuration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹830,228.86 - ₹2,357,279.23 per year
