We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Architect

to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. This role involves driving end-to-end architecture, building custom applications, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless integrations that empower business transformation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in ServiceNow's ecosystem and a passion for building impactful digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership

Define and own the overall ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmap across multiple business domains.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and best practices.

Solution Design & Development

Design and build complex ServiceNow modules, including

ITSM, HRSD, and custom scoped applications

.
Lead the development of workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations to automate and streamline business processes.
Create reusable frameworks, design patterns, and best practices to improve delivery speed and maintainability.

Integration & Automation

Architect and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using

REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and custom scripts

.
Drive automation and orchestration initiatives to reduce manual dependencies and enhance operational efficiency.

Leadership & Mentorship

Guide a team of developers and admins, conducting technical reviews and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solution blueprints.
Provide technical thought leadership on ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap planning.

Governance & Quality Assurance

Establish standards for development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Ensure platform performance, data integrity, and adherence to security protocols.
Continuously evaluate and implement new ServiceNow features and upgrades.

Requirements

10+ years

of total experience with at least

7+ years in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration

.
Proven track record of leading

end-to-end ServiceNow implementations

-- from discovery to deployment.
Hands-on expertise in building and extending modules like

ITSM, HRSD, CSM

, or

custom scoped applications

.
Strong programming skills in

JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideSystem

, and Flow Designer.
Deep understanding of

ServiceNow architecture, data model, ACLs, and update sets

.
Experience working in

Agile environments

with CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow certifications such as

Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Developer (CAD)

, or

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

are a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing multi-instance ServiceNow environments for enterprise-scale organizations.
Familiarity with

Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and Service Portal customization

.
Exposure to

DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and ITOM/ITBM

modules.
