Essential Job Functions:
Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Solution Architecture:

• Architect scalable systems, manage data migration, and configure solutions in various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB,

Project Management:

• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and collaborate with administrators on platform improvements .

Mentorship:

• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and conduct peer code reviews .

Integration:

• Design and implement integrations with third-party tools and custom REST/SOAP APIs

Qualifications:

• Experience:

• 8 to 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, HW Asset Management, and MID Server integration
• Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of database structures, data mining, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Certifications:

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications and experience in leading end-to-end implementation projects
• Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field

Additional Skills:

• Problem-Solving:

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis
• Communication:

• Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into detailed technical designs
• Leadership:

• Experience in providing strategic guidance and technical knowledge to teams
