Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design HRSD solutions, integrating with Workday. Lead HRSD configurations, customizations, and integrations. Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices. Guide development teams, perform code/configuration reviews. Prepare architecture diagrams, solution designs, and documentation.

Skills & Certifications:

Mandatory: ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience, CIS-HRSD certified. Workday integration experience. Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP API knowledge. Leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills. Nice-to-have: ITSM/ITOM exposure, global HRSD rollout experience, additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CTA).
