Job Purpose

As a ServiceNow Analyst/Advisor, your duties are to provide L1 support, module administration and educate end-users on the basic platform functionalities. You administrate the workflows on the platform, co-ordinate with DevOps team on problem resolution, manage documentation, and test system efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor and resolve incidents in assignment group
  • Provide training both in person and through remote methods on ServiceNow functionalities
  • Interact with end-users (ITSM, HRSD, ITBM, Scoped Apps & Portal) on resolving queries and incidents related to specific SNOW Module.
  • Provide basic reporting capabilities in SNOW.
  • Coordinate with teams on application and platform upgrades
  • Monitor health & General support: administration and maintenance of ServiceNow instances, Mid Servers, and ServiceNow based applications
  • Assist with system improvements while maintaining best practices and OOB configurations
  • Collaboratively work with DevOps teams towards resolution of incidents/ requests.
  • Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation
  • ServiceNow HI Portal support/product vendor interaction
Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service Management
  • Experience in supporting Service Catalog, Service Portal, and knowledge management
  • Problem solving skills
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
3+ years' experience with ServiceNow administration preferred
