Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop
Agentic AI-driven workflows
for autonomous task execution, recommendations, and contextual decisioning.
Design and implement
Conversational AI solutions
using ServiceNow Virtual Agent, NLU models, custom intents, and enterprise integrations.
Build
Generative AI use cases
leveraging ServiceNow GenAI capabilities for knowledge summarization, case deflection, and intelligent content creation.
Integrate
ServiceNow-native AI and external LLMs
(OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, etc.) into workflows and automations.
Ensure
AI governance, security, compliance, and ethical usage
across all implementations.
Collaborate with architects, BAs, and business stakeholders to shape AIenabled roadmaps and solutions.
Mentor junior developers and establish AI development best practices.
Optimize AI performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality enduser experience.

of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across
