Job Description

Role :- ServiceNow Administrator / Developer
Experience:- 5 years of relevant
Location :- Noida (Preferred) / Bangalore / Chennai - Temporary Remote
Shift Timing :- 02:00 Pm to 12:00 (OR) 04:30 PM to 01:30 AM
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
6 - 9 years of overall IT experience minimum
Minimum 3 years of experience as administrator and developer for ServiceNow.
Certified as a ServiceNow System Administrator
Experience implementing at least 3 of the following ServiceNow product lines / applications: Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Change Management, IT Business Management (Project Portfolio Management and Agile Development), IT Operations Management.
Experience maintaining CMDB, Asset/Product Management
SQL experience for Data Mining and Data Analysis
ITIL Foundations certification (v4 preferred)
Experience and/or certifications with several of the advanced ServiceNow areas below:
Advanced training and/or higher level certifications in the Mainline certification paths for IT Service ITSM, ITBM and/or platform application development
Experience in orchestration with Active Directory and integration with other commercial systems (HRIS, OSS). Exposure / experience with Integration Hub/spoke capabilities ideal.
Expertise in Web Technologies (Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, etc ) a plus
Experience with building REST/SOAP APIs.

Ability to work with diverse teams (clinical, service center operations, and IT) that directly or indirectly impacts business processes

Knowledge and skills in the use of computers and software programs

ServiceNow Systems Administrator is responsible for solution design, development, and administrative application support for the existing ServiceNow application. The Administrator will collaborate with multiple IT teams (Application Support, Service Desk, IT Infrastructure) to administer current application. As the application grows from the current IT footprint to other corporate and operational functional areas, the Administrator will engage with area subject matter experts to determine the optimum solution design, then configure/develop accordingly.
Provides ongoing systems administration support including installation, customization, maintenance and troubleshooting
Design, create, configure workflow. Create and use Update Sets.
