Job Description

Provide technical leadership and guidance for SERVICEMAX implementations and/or customizations including systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Lightning development Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) to senior and junior developers Provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation Deliver Servicemax architecture, and guide development, integration, distributed data management, and application testing teams. Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions. Working with customers to analyze and resolve Salesforce and SERVICEMAX product related issues/requirements Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment Design and develop solutions that best leverage the SERVICEMAX features to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and customer goals Participate in technical design discussions, develop technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives.
