Hexa Plast Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled
Service & Installation Engineer
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for
machine installation, service, maintenance, and customer support
for our industrial machinery and automation products.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
installation, commissioning, and testing
of machinery at client sites.
Provide
technical service support
and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
Conduct
preventive and breakdown maintenance
of machines.
Coordinate with the design and production departments for any machine modifications.
Ensure proper
electrical wiring and connections
during installation.
Maintain detailed
service and installation reports
.
Train customer personnel on machine operation and safety guidelines.
Support the service team for after-sales maintenance and on-site technical assistance.
Required Skills and Experience:
Must have hands-on experience in
machine installation, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting
.
Basic understanding of
PLC, HMI, and automation systems
will be an added advantage.
Ability to read and interpret
electrical diagrams and circuit drawings
.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in
machinery or manufacturing industry
.
Qualification:
ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
(Mandatory).
