Job Description

George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., an authorized Maruti Suzuki dealer, is looking for a skilled and motivated Automobile Service Trainer to strengthen our after-sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in automobile service training or workshop operations, preferably within a Maruti Suzuki dealership or similar OEM environment. The role involves conducting technical and behavioral training sessions for service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff to enhance their technical expertise, service process knowledge, and customer-handling skills. The trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing and delivering structured training programs, evaluating participant performance, and ensuring adherence to Maruti Suzuki's service quality and technical standards. Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills, sound technical knowledge of automobiles, and proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools. A diploma or degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is required, and certification from Maruti Suzuki or similar OEMs will be an added advantage.
