Job Description

Outbound Calling:

Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote service packages, offers, and discounts.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may need car servicing.

Appointment Scheduling:

Booking service appointments for customers at the service center.

Inbound Call Handling:

Addressing customer inquiries about services, pricing, and appointment scheduling.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Complaint Resolution:

Handling customer complaints and issues related to car servicing in a professional and efficient manner.

Product Knowledge:

Staying updated on the latest car models, service packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

CRM Management:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in the CRM system.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and lead generation quotas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: Up to ₹19,000.00 per month
