Responsibilities

? Providing service and customer support during field visits

? Managing all onsite service, repair, maintenance and test tasks

? Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper soluTons

? IdenTfy client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

? Onsite real Tme report generaTon in mobile applicaTon

? Report to the Business Development ExecuTve

? Stay up-to-date with new products/services

? Follow team schedule

? Professionalism

Requirements

1) Proven work experience as a Service Technician

2) Familiarity with Tools & machinery

3) Excellent communication skills

4) Open for touring across region

5) Minimum working experience: 2 years or Fresher

6) Minimum qualificaTon: ITI (Preference to Fi,er trade)
