Job Description

Act as the technical point of contact for customers during commissioning and service activities. Provide basic operator training and system usage guidance to customer maintenance teams Support panel installation, I/O checking, loop checking and field device integration. Conduct parameter setting, tuning and functional testing of automation systems. Ensure smooth handover of commissioned systems to customers with proper documentation. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults in PLCs, drives, HMIs, sensors, and field instruments. Provide immediate breakdown support to minimize machine downtime at customer sites. Identify root cause and implement permanent corrective solutions. Coordinate with design and production teams for technical escalation if required. Submit service reports and maintenance checklists after every visit.

Travel & Support

Willing to travel across India for site commissioning and service calls. Support emergency site visits during critical breakdown situations.
